Dithiothreitol (DTT) wani abu ne da ake amfani da shi wajen rage yawan sinadarai, wanda kuma aka sani da sabon sinadarin kore. Wani ƙaramin abu ne na kwayoyin halitta wanda ke da ƙungiyoyin mercaptan guda biyu (-SH).
